eKlinika is available in English and Albanian. Each clinic chooses its language, and dates, numbers and currency follow the clinic's own settings.

Set per clinic
- Language
- The clinic's administrator sets the language for the whole clinic. Staff screens, the patient portal and the public clinic page use it.
- Dates, numbers and currency
- The date format, number format and currency follow the clinic's settings, not the browser.
- PDFs and emails
- Invoices, prescriptions, referrals, visit reports and outgoing emails are translated too.
- Adding a language
- A new language is a translation task, not a rebuild. Every label already comes from translation files.

Fiscal receipts and e-invoicing
eKlinika is not a certified fiscal device and does not replace one. The clinic's certified fiscal device or provider stays the certified component. eKlinika hands over what it needs: a .inp file for the fiscal printer software used in Kosovo, and Excel exports of revenue, VAT and other reports for the clinic's accountant.
